Useful information about registration
Conference registration fees include:
- Admission to scientific program with plenaries, keynotes oral presentations and poster sessions
- Access to abstracts in electronic form
- Welcome reception on the evening of Monday, April 24th.
- Lunch (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).
- Evening cocktails during poster sessions (Thursday, Thursday).
- Coffee breaks.
- A contribution is requested for the gala dinner at the famous Abbaye de Collonges by Paul Boccuse.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer. Payment and registration will be made through the Azur-Colloque platform.
Payment by credit card can be done during the online registration process. No credit card fee will be charged. You will get a confirmation of registration and payment afterwards via email.
For paying by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice including all payment details via email. Please precise the wording as COIL-9 2023 - LASTNAME FIRSTNAME.
All payments should be made in EURO (€). Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted.
Cancellation and Refunds
No refund will be made in case of non-appearance. Please take an insurance for your trip in case of cancellation.
In the event of a claim of registration cancellation, reimbursement of 50% of the registration fee will be allowed until March 24th included.
In case of cancellation or postponement of the event due to force majeure by the organizer, participants will be entitled to a refund of 50% of their registration fee.
All registration changes and cancellations have to be communicated to
cellule.congres@ens-lyon.fr in written form.
The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. Insight Outside and the congress department of the ENS de Lyon only acts as mediators and are not liable for any losses of things, accidents, destruction and damage of property and/or in the injury of persons, the reason not mattering. This applies for travel to/from the conference as well as the attendance in the conference. Participants and accompanying persons participate in all conference sessions on their own risk. They are advised to organize appropriate travel and health insurance themselves.
